We have extensive experience of advising on all aspects of reorganisations and restructuring exercises. This includes redundancy exercises but also includes ways of avoiding redundancies such as the implementation of short time working or pay reductions.

We have recently advised a listed company on a reorganisation exercise across two UK subsidiaries and a large logistics organisation on changes to terms and conditions of employment.
