Our work in this area ranges from enforcing restrictive covenants and post termination restrictions against former employees to defending senior employees facing breach of confidentiality proceedings.

Our team has significant experience of High Court work including acting for a leading intermediary broker on injunctive relief proceedings following the poaching of 10 traders by a competitor and advising an international business and its new employee on threatened injunction proceedings from the former employer.
