The team’s commercial workload is varied, ranging from advice on shareholder agreements and incorporation issues for companies through to the preparation of terms and conditions of business, agency and distribution agreements, franchising agreements and intellectual property licences. Partnership matters, including limited liability partnership issues, are also regularly dealt with.
