Manchester Law Firm Stripes Advises All & Small
MANCHESTER law firm Stripes has advised the shareholders of domiciliary care agency, All & Small Limited, in the sale of the business.
The West-Midlands-based company was bought by national care agency, Carewatch Care Services Limited, for an undisclosed sum.
Stephen Jarman, who led the corporate team at Stripes, said: “We were delighted to advise the shareholders of All & Small on the sale of the company to Carewatch.
“All & Small is an excellent strategic fit with Carewatch and the deal will further enhance the level of service and care provided to its customers.
David Everatt of accountants Forrester Boyd also advised the All & Small shareholders. Carewatch was advised by Tom Bruce of Farrer & Co LLP in London.
