David is a Director in and leads the Industrial Disease Department.
David has a wealth of experience when it comes to advising on claimant personal injury claims having worked in this area for over 20 years. However his main area of expertise is Industrial Disease and he regularly acts for clients with Asbestos related condition of the utmost severity.
David’s other area of expertise is in claims for Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome with his most notable case of Brown-v-Corus coming before the Court of Appeal.
David joined Stripes in March 2007 prior to this which he was chiefly engaged in acting for Trades Unions and their members
