Debt and Recoveries Manager
Darren commenced employment with Stripes Solicitors in 2008. He is the firms Debt and Recoveries Unit Manager following an earlier seven year career within the Business Recovery and Insolvency sector working for leading Insolvency Practitioners.
Throughout his career, Darren has been exposed to all aspects of trading and credit management with a particular emphasis on asset investigation, compliance, dispute resolution, realisation and enforcement. Darren has worked for several high street lenders on Business Recovery, Insolvency and Litigation assignments but his experience of working directly for the Legal Services Manager and Operations Director in the recoveries division in the legal department at London Scottish Bank plc greatly enhanced his skill set as he had responsibility for a varied bought debt portfolio valued at £30m.
