Director of Employment
Daniel is a solicitor and director in the Employment Group. Daniel has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissals, enforcing restrictive covenants, discrimination, trade union issues, large scale restructurings, all aspects of the TUPE Regulations and transactional employment advice.
Daniel joined Stripes from Addleshaw Goddard Solicitors in September 2009 where he was a senior associate. In the course of his career Daniel has also spent time on secondment at BT plc and Barclays Bank plc.
Daniel believes in providing clear commercial advice and received an accolade from The Legal 500 (2009) where he was described as very supportive.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
To be able to see the future.
Tell us one fact about you that would surprise people.
I once knew every line in the Dambusters film. I was about 12 at the time!
If you could live the life of a famous historical figure, who would it be?
George Washington.
What is your most treasured possession?
Not sure my wife and daughter would like to be referred to as possessions, so it’s a close call between my apple iPhone, the tv remote and my Man City season ticket.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
It’s not a dress rehearsal.
