Andrew is a solicitor and director who leads the Commercial Real Estate Group. Andrew has worked in the North West Commercial Property market for close on 12 years.
Andrew acts for clients including developers, lenders, investors and occupiers both regionally and nationally based, from individuals through to property companies (both private and publicly quoted). He takes pride in a no-nonsense & commercially driven approach. His exposure during the course of his career to many high value and complex property deals have seen him develop excellent project management and structuring skills giving Andrew a rounded perspective from which to add value.
Andrew’s personal touch combined with his understanding of the key drivers and concerns surrounding property deals means that his clients commonly look on him as a dedicated extension of their own internal teams.
Andrew is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Forum for the Built Environment.
Andrew joined Stripes in June 2009, prior to which he was a partner and head of real estate finance at Cobbets Solicitors.
