Director of Company & Commercial
Adrian is a solicitor and director in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Adrian’s work is wide-ranging, depending on business needs of the team’s owner-managed client base. It may typically involve advising on the purchase or sale of a business, the taking on board of new investment, resolving shareholder agreements or more general commercial contract work such as terms and conditions, outsourcing and distribution. His focus might be best summed up as looking after the individual in business, in terms of wealth generation and wealth protection.
Adrian also takes a leading role in the work of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Group, which involves him working alongside colleagues in the Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation teams on turnarounds and reorganisation work.
A Scot by birth, prior to joining Stripes in June 2007, Adrian was a partner with Taylors Solicitors in Blackburn.
