Background: Private Equity backed business seeking targets in the vocational training/education services marketplace that provide the following:

  • Health and Safety;
  • Recurring vocational training for professionals;
  • Regulatory training;
  • Medical training.

Of particular interest are businesses servicing the “apprentice to 24 year old” age group.

Businesses with a large recruitment element are not of interest.

Existing private ownership preferred, but self-contained non-core disposals considered.
