  • small/medium pharmaceutical businesses based in theUK;
  • with existing sales and marketing infrastructure, with sales force visiting hospital specialists and gaining its sales mostly from prescriptions;
  • T/o £5m plus;
  • would also consider acquisition of products in gastrointestinal or urological therapy areas.
