  • Consumer finance products relating to motor vehicles, motorcycles and caravans;
  • Business finance products, specifically leasing and hire purchase

is keen to grow by acquisition.

Acquisition Criteria:

  • Consumer finance or business finance companies;
  • Portfolios in excess of £4m;
  • Will consider both ongoing companies with strong management teams and distressed propositions.
